Sri Lanka Railways introduces new hotline

Sri Lanka Railways has introduced a new hotline number – 1971 – for commuters to make complaints in case of an emergency and to obtain information related to train services.

Issuing a notice, department said that this new hotline will be used for all complaints and information related to the Department of Railways from hereon.
