Schools closed in Trincomalee Education Zone

The Governor of the Easter Province Anuradha Yahampath has instructed to close all schools in the Trincomalee Education Zone until further notice.
The decision has been taken as a precaution due to the risk of COVID-19 spreading.
The Governor’s media Unit said that stated that the date of reoning the schools would be announced later.
