Court proceedings limited from May 03 to 07

All proceedings in court complexes will be limited from the 3rd to 7th of May, says the Senior Advisor to Justice Minister, President’s Counsel U.R. de Silva.

Accordingly, the accused and suspects are not required to be physically be present in courts, he noted.

The decision was reached after taking into account situation caused by the current wave of novel coronavirus sweeping across the country.
