Total Covid-19 recoveries in Sri Lanka surpass 98,000

The Health Ministry reported that 967 more coronavirus patients have recovered and were discharged from hospital within the last 24 hours.
This increases the country’s total Covid-19 recoveries to 98,209.
The total number of Covid-19 cases reported in the country thus far stands at 111,753 while 12,848 patients are currently under medical care at hospitals and treatment centres.
