Hicorp director’s statement to be recorded by Army

Fort Magistrate has given permission for the Sri Lanka Army to record a statement from Welington De Hoedt who is a director of the Hicorp Ltd. for the investigations that are underway on Rtd. Gen. Sarath Fonseka. The Magistrate gave consent to record a statement under the detention laws after a request by the Army.

 

 

Hicorp Ltd. is allegedly the owned by Fonseka’s son-in-law Danuna Thilakarathne who is still absconding after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
