Magalkande Sudaththa Thero contracts COVID-19

General Secretary of ‘Sinhala Ravaya’ Ven. Magalkande Sudaththa Thero has tested positive for coronavirus infection.
Previously, it had been identified that the chauffeur of the Thero had contracted the virus.
A subsequent PCR test has confirmed that Sudaththa Thero too had been infected with the COVID-19 virus.
It has been revealed that Sudaththa Thero had recently attended the funeral of the mother of Ven. Iththekande Sadhdhatissa Thero. Reportedly, a number of VIP guests had been in attendance at the funeral.
