Rtd. Gen. Sarath Fonseka will be
brought before a Court Martial on March 16 and 17. The Court Martial comprises a
three member panel. The Court Martial will take place at the Navy Headquarters in
The panel consists of Majors General A.L.H. Wijetunge, D.R.A.B. Jayathilake and will be chaired by Major General H.C.P.S. Weeratunge.
Rear Admiral W.W.J.S. Fernando is to coordinate legal matters of the Court Martial.
