Two dead after army truck topples in Batticaloa

Two persons have reportedly died after a truck belonging to the Sri Lanka Army toppled on the Black Bridge in Chenkalady, Batticaloa.

The incident had occurred at around 4.00 p.m. today (25) resulting in the death of two army soldiers and injuring another four.

A group of soldiers attached to the Wakarei army camp who were traveling in the vehicle were reportedly involved in the accident.
