New chairman appointed to ICTA

Oshada Senanayake has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) of Sri Lanka.

This is following the resignation of its former Chairman Lalith Gamage.

Senanayake also serves as the Director-General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRC).
