Pensioners requested not to visit Pensions Dept to resolve issues

Pensioners are requested not to visit the Department of Pensions to resolve any related issues, the Department stated.

Instead of visiting the Department, pensioners are able to forward their issues, inquiries to the hotline 1970.

The decision has been taken considering the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the country, the Director-General of the Department said.
