Coronavirus: 715 new cases reported in Sri Lanka

The Ministry of Health says that another 715 persons have tested positive for Covid-19, so far today (27).

This brings the total number of coronavirus cases confirmed in the country to 514,324.

Over 46,000 infected patients are currently under medical care and home-based care while Sri Lanka’s total recoveries 455,344.

Meanwhile the death toll due to the virus pandemic has risen to 12,731.
