PS chairman passes away from Covid-19

The Chairman of the Kotikawatta, Mulleriyawa Pradeshiya Sabha Rangajeewa Jayasinghe has passed away after being infected with the COVID-19 virus.

The 45-year-old had been receiving treatment in the intensive care unit of the IDH Hospital for the almost a month and last week had been transferred to the Colombo National Hospital where he had passed away last evening (28).
