Education Minister speaks on plans to reopen primary schools

Minister of Education Dinesh Gunawardena says necessary measures will be taken to reopen primary schools before the end of October.
He noted that the reopening of schools should be done systematically, with strict compliance to health regulations.
The minister’s remarks came during an event held in Maharagama to declare open the Madiwela weekly fair.
