More doses of Pfizer vaccine arrive in Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka has received another shipment of Pfizer Covid-19 vaccines purchased by the State Pharmaceutical Corporation (SPC).

A special flight chartered by the Emirates airlines carrying 1,147,770 doses of Pfizer jabs touched down on the island at around 12.29 a.m. this morning (December 28).

The vaccine consignment has been moved to the central storage facility in Colombo.
