COVID-19: Sri Lanka confirms another 163 recoveries

The Health Ministry says that another 163 coronavirus patients have recovered and have been discharged within the last 24 hours.
This increases the total number of Covid-19 recoveries in the country thus far to 568,373.
12,763 patients infected with the virus are currently undergoing treatment across the island.
