Keheliya Rambukwella has been appointed as the Minister of Media and Information and S.B. Dissanayaka appointed as the Minister of Higher Education. Tissa Vitharana appointed Technology and Research Minister and Armugam Thondaman appointed the Livestock Development Minister.
