MP Akila Ellawala positive for Covid-19

Member of Parliament Akila Ellawala says he has contracted Covid-19.

In a statement, the parliamentarian said he was tested positive in a PCR test conducted today (Feb. 18).

Ellawala is a member of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), representing the Ratnapura District.
