Palitha Fernando appointed Secretary to State Ministry of Disaster Management

Major General (Retd.) W.P. Palitha Fernando has been appointed as the Secretary to the State Ministry of Disaster Management, says the President’s Media Division (PMD).
Secretary to the President Gamini Senarath handed over the letter of appointment to Mr. Palitha Fernando at the Presidential Secretariat today (March 08).
