PUCSL calls for early school holidays due to rolling power cuts

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has recommended that the Ministry of Education declare early holidays in the month of April.
The electricity sector regulator has thereby called for school holidays starting from the 4th of April as the students are inconvenienced owing to the lengthy power interruptions.
