CSE temporarily halts regular trading as shares plunge

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has halted regular trading for 30 minutes at 10.32 a.m. this morning (04).

This is due to the S&P SL20 Index dropping over over 5% from the previous close. 

The trading halt is to be lifted at 11.02 a.m. at the stock market.
