Colombo-Chilaw road blocked due to protest

Vehicular movement on the Colombo-Chilaw road has been obstructed in the area of Kakapalliya this morning (April 19).

According to Ada Derana correspondent, the situation is caused by a protest against the increase in fuel prices yet again.

The demonstration is reportedly staged by owners of private sector buses.
