Nalaka Godahewa says President hasn’t accepted his resignation

Media Minister Dr. Nalaka Godahewa says President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has not accepted his letter of resignation from his ministerial portfolio.

Speaking to Ada Derana, the lawmaker said he handed over the resignation letter to the President two days ago, to make way for an interim government with greater political stability.
