Immigration & Emigration Dept. issues notice to general public

The Department of Immigration and Emigration has appealed to the general public to refrain from arriving at its head office tomorrow (May 04) for non-essential services.

In a public notice, the department stated that a breakdown in its computer system has been reported.

As a result of the breakdown, delays are expected in one-day services.

UPDATE: The Department of Immigration and Emigration says that the breakdown in its computer system has been rectified and all services are back to normal now.
