CSE’s ASPI gains 359 points

The All Share Price Index (ASPI) of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has gained 359.24 points to close at 8,457.65 points today.

As a percentage this is an increase of 4.44 percent.

Meanwhile the S&P SL20 index also moved up by 157.19 points to close at 2,819.50 points at the end of trading today. This is an increase of 5.90 percent. 

Today’s market turnover is recorded as over Rs. 2.75 billion while the total share volume is over 177 million.
