Three senior cops including SDIG Ajith Rohana transferred

Three senior police officers including Senior Deputy Inspector General (SDIG) of Police Ajith Rohana, have been transferred based on service requirements.

In a media notice, Sri Lanka Police said the transfers were approved by the Public Service Commission and the Secretary to the Ministry of Public Security.

Accordingly, SDIG Ajith Rohana, in charge of the Crimes and Traffic Range, has been relocated as the Senior DIG of the Southern Province.

Meanwhile, SDIG in charge of Southern Province Rajitha Sri Daminda has received a transfer as the Senior DIG of the Eastern Province.

Acting SDIG L.K.W.K. Silva, in charge of the Eastern Province, was relocated as the Senior DIG of Crimes and Traffic Range.
