Train fares for reserved seats to be increased

Sri Lanka Railways says that train fares for reserved seats will be increased by 30 percent with effect from June 01, 2022. 

General Manager of Sri Lanka Railways Dhammika Jayasundara said the decision was taken in in line with the increase of bus fares.
