SLTB workers call off trade union action

Trade unions of Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) have called of their strike this morning following discussions.

According to the trade unionists, buses will be operated as per usual today.

SLTB employees resorted to a trade union yesterday, citing the failure of the authorities to provide them with the required amount of fuel to report for work.
