A surprise change has been made by including parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa to Sangakkara XI for the second match of the IIFA Foundation Challenge Cup played at the Sinhalese Sports Club grounds.

Sangakkara XI won against Suneil XI earlier and now play Hrithik Rosham XI.

However, the rugby player was out for 4 runs in his attempt at cricket, and the crowd cheered Namal Rajapaksa for his participation.
