Culture binds us, says Dia Mirza

India andSri Lankashare the unenviable culture, says Bollywood actress Dia Mirza when Adaderana asked her what the island can expect from the Indian International Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend Awards being held here.

 

 

She added that it was evident even during the fashion show that was held during the event yesterday where Indian as well as Sri Lankan models walked the ramp.

 

 The similarities in culture opens great opportunities to both countries to interact and and make use of facilities for their mutual benefits, Ms. Mirza added.


Meanwhile, IIFA sources told Adaderana that Bollywood mega stars Shah Ruk Khan and ‘Big B’ Amitabh Bachchan may attend the final awards night.
