CTU’s Joseph Stalin under arrest

Joseph Stalin, the general-secretary of the Ceylon Teachers’ Union, has been arrested by the police today (August 03).

He was taken into custody for violating a court order during a protest march at the Bank of Ceylon Mawatha on May 28, according to the police.
