London, Jun 10 (PTI): Sourav Ganguly will have Brian Lara playing under him when the former India captain leads a Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) team in a Twenty20 match against Pakistan at Lord’s on June 27.

Apart from Ganguly and Lara, other players who have confirmed their availability for the tie include Sri Lankan pacer Chaminda Vaas, Australia’s limited-overs specialist Ian Harvey, hard-hitting Victorian batsman Aiden Blizzard and MCC colt Glenn Querl.

Ganguly has fond memories of the venue, having made a dream debut at Lord’s, scoring a century in his first match against a Mike Atherton-ledEngland.

The former Indiaskipper would be in charge of MCC’s first-ever Twenty20 fixture against a Shahid Afridi-led Pakistanside, while this will be Lara’s first appearance for MCC.
