D.V. Chanaka gets new state ministerial portfolio

MP D.V. Chanaka, who took oaths as the State Minister of Conservation of Wildlife and Forest Reserves on Thursday (Sep 08), has assumed duties as the State Minister of Power & Energy.

It is reported that the parliamentarian will no longer hold the state ministerial portfolio he was sworn in.

Meanwhile, MP Indika Anuruddha was sworn in as the State Minister of Power and Energy.
