President to deliver special address in parliament today

President Ranil Wickremesinghe is scheduled to deliver a special statement in the parliament today (Oct. 06).
According to reports, the Head of State is slated to address the House on the current economic situation of the country and securing the support of the international community.
This was announced at the meeting of the ruling party parliamentary group, chaired by the President recently.
