New chief secretaries appointed to Western, Sabaragamuwa provinces

President Ranil Wickremesinghe has appointed chief secretaries for Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces.

Accordingly, Mahinda Sanath Weerasooriya was appointed to the Sabaragamuwa Province while Pradeep Yasaratne was named for the Western Province.

The appointments are effective from January 01, 2023, according to the President’s Media Division (PMD).
