Advance cash payment up to Rs. 4,000 for govt employees

The government has announced an advance cash payment of a maximum of Rs. 4,000 for all public sector employees.
This advance payment will be provided between January 01, 2023, and February 28, 2023.
It is expected to be recovered by the end of 2023.
This was announced via a circular issued by the Secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration.
