Railways Dept. to re-employ retiring essential service workers on contract basis

Sri Lanka Railways will re-employ on a contract basis the essential service employees who are set to retire at 60 years of age from 31 December 2022.
The Presidential Secretariat has directed Sri Lanka Railways to obtain the services of these retirees if their services are required.
