TN fishermen allege attack, Navy denies

Fishermen from Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu alleged that they were injured when they were attacked by Sri Lankan Naval personnel, Indian media reports. However when contacted Sri Lanka Navy Spokesman Captain Athula Senarath denied the reports.

 

 

 

PTI reports the fishermen as saying that the incident took place while they were fishing between Dhanuskodi and Katchativu islands, said the police.
