VIDEO: Gen. Fonseka rejects Wimal’s accusation

At a media conference held at the parliament today Gen. Sarath Fonseka claimed that he would never bear false witness in front of the International Court Martial concerning the alleged war crimes. He made this statement in response to the accusation NFF leader, Wimal Weerawansa made against him yesterday.

 

Furthermore, Gen. Fonseka said if he makes such false statements, it would only get him in trouble. This is because he is directly responsible for the actions of the military during the war
