President orders for report on Ruhuna University incident

President Mahinda Rajapaksa has ordered a full report from the police, university authorities and others concerned regarding the incident which caused the death of a university student from the Ruhuna University, says the President’s Media Unit.
A student of the Ruhunu University, Susantha Aruna succumbed to his injuries on Thursday morning at the Badulla General Hospital.
He was admitted to the Diyathalawa Hospital following attack which police claim was by other university students while the students claim it was from the police. The injured Susantha was later transferred to the Badulla General Hospital for further treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
