PCH IPO successfully subscribed over four times

The PC House Initial Public Offering for 57,233,334 shares to raise approximately Rs.630 million has been over subscribed by over 4.25 times. According to NDB Investment Bank Limited, the Managers to the Issue, the IPO has attracted nearly 13,000 applications for over 243 million shares raising around Rs. 2.7 billion.

 

 The final numbers would be confirmed by SSP Corporate Services, the Registrars to the issue after processing the applications in full.

The PCH Offering closed on the opening day itself having announced to the Colombo Stock Exchange on the over subscription around 9.30 a.m. prior to commencement of trading on the exchange.
