Veteran singer Sunil Siriwardena passes away at 82

Family sources have confirmed that veteran singer Sunil Siriwardena passed away this afternoon (28 Oct.) at the age of 82.
Accordingly, the last rites of Siriwardena, father of singer Madumadhawa Aravinda and actor Dhananjaya Siriwardena, will be performed today itself, as per the deceased’s wishes.
