Glycemic Index is the result of a process to grade the ratio of carbohydrates that affect glucose ratio in the blood. After consumption of normal bread, the level of glucose in the blood stream increases rapidly during digestion.

When Low GI foods assist in the control of this phenomenon and also help to gradually lower the sugar level in the blood.

Also, scientific research has revealed that seeds from sunflower, melon, several pulses, rye, oats, malt etc when consumed lower the GI ratio.

The Finagle Multi Seed Health Bread has been certified by Oxford Brookes University of the United Kingdom as conforming to the 54 unit Glycemic Index.

While the Finagle Multi Seed Health Bread is useful for those suffering from diabetes it also helps others to avoid this ailment. It also reduces the risks of heart ailments.

While always considering the providing of high nutrition and quality bakery products to the nation, Finagle Lanka uses red rice, kurakkan, garlic, karapincha and fresh virgin coconut oil in the production of ‘Finagle Nutri Bread’.
