Apeksha Hospital’s radiological technologists call off strike

The Radiologists’ Union of the Apeksha Hospital has decided to call off its strike.

Accordingly, the union decided to call off their four-day strike on Friday evening (08 Dec.), following discussions with the Secretary to the Ministry of Health, and the Director General of Health Services.

The radiological technologists of the Apeksha Hospital temporarily withdrew from overtime duties on 05 December, leaving cancer patients in distress.

The trade union action was launched over the authorities’ move to cut their overtime payments.
