Printing press owner in police custody

The owner and family of a printing press situated in Nugegoda used by the UNP to print posters who were said to be missing is in police custody, Head of Nugegoda police division, Deshabandu Tennakoon told Ada Derana. Earlier UNP WPC member Shiral Lakthilaka said that the owner and family had gone missing since last night.


 

Tennakoon said that more information could not be revealed at the moment, but all he could confirm was that there was an incident where police had made an arrest at a printing press in Nugegoda.
