AUDIO: TNA rejects Ranil’s nomination

TNA MP and party spokesman Suresh Premachandran speaking to Ada Derana said that his party rejects Ranil Wickremasinghe’s nomination of TNA MP M.A Sumandiran as the opposition nominee to the Parliament Council created under the 18th Amendment.



When the opposition leader contacted us we told him that since the TNA is totally against the 18th amendment, the party and MP Sumandiran both refused offer, Premachandran said. He added that the so called parliament council does not have any power.
