One person injured in shooting in Badowita

A person has been injured and admitted to hospital after he was shot at in the Badowita area in Mount Lavinia.
Police said that the shooting was carried out by two unidentified men who had arrived on a motorcycle this evening (15).
The 31-year-old injured individual, identified as Tharindu Madushan Suwaris, is receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Kalubowila Teaching Hospital, according to police.
