Final results of Badulla District

The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has released the final results of the Badulla District in the 2024 General Election with the National People’s Power (NPP) polling more than 58% of the total votes in the district.
NPP has polled 275,180 votes to win the district while the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is second with 102,958 votes (21.92%).
Accordingly, the NPP has secured 5 seats in the district while the SJB have won one seat in the district.
National People’s Power (NPP) – 275,180 (6 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 102,958 (2 seat)
New Democratic Front (NDF) – 36,450 (1 seat)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 11,255
United Democratic Voice (UDV) – 9,656
