The National People’s Power has won the Hatton-Dickoya Urban Council of the Nuwara Eliya District.
National People’s Power (NPP) – 2,606 (6 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 2,372 (5 seats)
Ceylon Workers’ Congress (CWC) – 916 (2 seats)
Independent Group – 304 (1 seat)
United National Party (UNP) – 208 (1 seat)
