Landslide damages section of Talawakelle–Tawalantenne road

A section of approximately 100 meters near Paluwatta in Kotmale along the Talawakelle – Tawalantenne road has been damaged by a landslide.

As a result, relief teams are unable to reach Kotmale.

It has also been reported that several houses in Paluwatta, Kotmale are at risk of landslides.
