Horana-Colombo private bus strike enters second day

The strike launched by luxury and general service bus operators along the Horana-Colombo (120) route, which began yesterday (02) is continuing for the second consecutive day today (03). 

The strike was launched in protest against the issuance of a new permit for a bus operating from Horana to Pettah via the Kahathuduwa interchange of the Southern Expressway on the 120 bus route.
